How eSuccess works

Once you have chosen from a variety of current and relevant business related themes to build your team. Weekly 5 minute video clips will be sent to the leaders in the company, i.e heads of departments. The video clips are filmed in a different venue each time, ensuring interest in the video as we experience new venues as the backdrop to the object lesson in each video. Each video will address a different topic, with the rotating themes being Team Development, Team Dynamics and Inspiration.

People who:

CHALLENGE: At the end of each video clip, the staff will be left with a challenge to action that week for everyone to work on.

FRIDAYS: The new video clip will be emailed to the leaders to download for use on the Monday in the morning staff meeting.

MONDAY: A leadership email will be sent to the leader to challenge them in their leadership role in line with the content of the video clip.

MONDAY to FRIDAY: A one liner e-mail from the eSuccess team will be sent to the staff to remind them to implement the action point of the video clip challenge.
